You've got the whistle. We've got the ladder. Training, mentorship, and a proven path from middle school gyms to college floors — with pay that climbs as you do.
For Programs
Schools, colleges, tournaments, and rec leagues get officials who are trained, evaluated, and developed — not just assigned. 3,000 games a year says the system works.

MIDDLE SCHOOL
Where fundamentals get built. Mechanics, positioning, rule mastery, and game reps that count.

HIGH SCHOOL
The jump most officials never make alone. Clinic training, live evaluation, and assignments that stretch you — varsity floors included.

COLLEGE
JV and intramural college basketball with our university partners — the proving ground for officials pushing toward the collegiate ranks.

OCT–NOV
Fall Training Clinic
Four weeks, once a week — get certified and game-ready.
NOV–MAR
School season
Our busiest stretch. Middle school, high school, NCISAA, and college JV/intramural ball.
APR–JUL
Tournament season
High-volume grassroots and circuit basketball, including Adidas 3SSB events.
New officials who train in the fall walk straight into a full winter of games.

Fall Officiating Clinic
Four weeks. One evening a week, 2–3 hours. Mid-October to mid-November. $25 clinic fee, $85 annual registration.
Who we work with.
From the Adidas 3SSB circuit and the Chris Paul Basketball Academy to 17 NCISAA private schools between South Charlotte and Winston-Salem, plus college JV and intramural programs at Pfeiffer, Livingstone, and Catawba — programs across four states trust GOG officials.
